Falling Stars

-Adds rare shooting stars during glowing rain weather, that can make asterite ore on impact with the ground.
-Changes weather on lush planets to make glowing rain slightly more common.
-Makes glowing rain slightly less common on alien planets.
-Adds "Asterite club" (the hitting people kind) that can be made with Asterite stars.
-You can upgrade the iron assault rifle, tungsten hammer, and durasteel broadsword with asterite stars at the vanilla anvil and its upgrades.
-Lunar base lanterns now require asterite ore to make instead of torches.
-You can now make 2 new blocks: Glow Glass out of asterite ore, and Core Glass with volatile powder. You get the recipe for Core Glass from obtaining Glow Glass.
-You can now craft glow fibre at the upgraded farming table with asterite ore and 10 plant fibre.

Feel free to make mods or tie-ins that incorporate asterite into their crafting recipes, because asterite is still a bit sparse in terms of uses.
