Alternative solution - Uninstall the game and take 1-2 year break to play something else or do something else until warframe becomes an afterthought thus stabilising one's mental stability.After recovering your mental foundations and reinforcing it further in this break,delve right back in with a fresh look and check what happened to the tenno,ball-as,space mother,nora and your enemies as well as the tenno system in your absence and get back in the game to wreck them up as well as back to grinding new warframes,weapons,mods etc.Then repeat from beginning.RIP AND TEAR UNTIL ITS DONE.
