You can´t. You just can´t. If you start the level all implants are removed, extravagant suit included. So it seems like the dev ate too many shrooms this time and forgor how his own game works

skelsteve oh damn i never thought about jumping down. the running and flailing your arms strategy was way more fun though

oh that's hilarious. But seriously you just need to kill the guy blocking you from using items. Then jump down from the right path (as the suit allows you to not instantly die from the death barrier) into the end.
