How to run the game with smooth frame-synced-graphics with no extra input lag

Need a setup that supports variable refresh rate(e.g. over 60hz monitor with free sync or g-sync compatible,gpu must also support)
Step 1.make sure variable refresh rate is enabled at your DSR.exe
Step 2.use the fullscreen mode and select the highest refresh rate of your monitor in game(vsync should be automatic disabled by following the step.If option is grayed out, force in the graphics card control panel.)

Known issue:When Passing the scene transition point,the extremely slight stutters may appear
