World 2024 Rework

Popis
This mod reworks some mechanics and re-balances the issues with some of them. Pretty much making it a Vanilla+ mod for the current year. This mod is based around the situation as of January each year, in this case 2024. I aim to do updates as I go along, wish me luck folks.
