The Full Cargo -7 Bonus
Upon arriving at a station with your cargo bay full of minerals, you may receive a bonus that looks like this:
Conditions
The Full Cargo -7 Bonus only happens if:
  1. your cargo bay is full when you arrive at a station
  2. you collected 7 or more minerals since the last time you arrived at a station

The Value of the Full Cargo -7 Bonus is based on these factors:
  • If you arrive at a station with full health, the bonus is doubled.
  • If you arrive with empty fuel, the bonus is halved. This does not matter when playing on Hardcore mode, because you'd be dead!
  • The bigger your cargo bay, the bigger the bonus will be.
  • The deeper the station you arrive at, the bigger the bonus will be.
  • The type of minerals you are carrying does not matter; you can farm this bonus even with the cheapest minerals such as Ironium and Bronzium. Mixed cargo is fine too, so if you collect a chain of 43 Diamonds and you can't find any more, collecting 7 Silveriums to get full cargo will work just fine and give you the same bonus as 50 Diamonds would.
  • Starting from zero, and up to seven upgrades, the cargo bay can have the following capacities: 7, 10, 15, 20, 25, 35, 50, 77. The Double Cargo special upgrade will double these values, and the Hull Converter / Fuel Converter glitches (more about them later) can increase these values even more. Keep these numbers in mind when calculating your "full cargo - 7" in order to guarantee you get the bonus.
Formula
The formula for the value of the bonus is the following:

Bonus Value = S × C × H × F

S = 25 if you arrive at Surface Station
S = 75 if you arrive at Alpha Station
S = 250 if you arrive at Beta Station
S = 625 if you arrive at Delta Station
C = your max Cargo capacity
H = 2 if you arrive with full Health. H = 1 otherwise.
F = 0.5 if you arrive with empty Fuel. F = 1 otherwise.
Examples
Example 1: You have no upgrades, and you can carry only 7 minerals. You leave Surface Station with an empty cargo bay. You collect 7 minerals, and return to Surface Station with a full cargo bay, full health, but empty fuel. You will collect the bonus:
S = 25, C = 7, H = 2, F = 0.5. Multiply all those and you'll get 175$.

Example 2: You have no upgrades, and you can carry only 7 minerals. You leave Surface Station with an empty cargo bay. You collect 1 mineral and return to Surface Station to refuel but not sell. You then collect 6 more minerals until you're full, and return to Surface Station with a full cargo bay, full health, but empty fuel. You will not collect the bonus.

Example 3: You have cargo bay lvl 6 upgrade, and you can carry 50 minerals. You collect 40/50 minerals, and return to Delta Station to refuel but not sell. You go collect 3 more minerals, for a total of 43/50, but you took some damage. You return to Delta Station to refuel, repair, but not sell. Finally, you collect the last 7 minerals until you're at 50/50, and return to Delta Station with a full cargo bay, full health, and some fuel left. You will collect the bonus:
S = 625, C = 50, H = 2, F = 1. Multiply all those and you'll get 62500$.

Example 4: You have cargo bay lvl 6 upgrade, and you can carry 50 minerals. You collect 40/50 minerals, and return to Delta Station to refuel but not sell. You go collect 4 more minerals, for a total of 44/50, but you took some damage. You return to Delta Station to refuel, repair, but not sell. Finally, you collect the last 6 minerals until you're at 50/50, and return to Delta Station with a full cargo bay, full health, and some fuel left. You will not collect the bonus.
Cargo Overflow Glitches Are Irrelevant
In the formula above, C is the max cargo you can carry, and not the current cargo that you're carrying at the moment of arrival. These 2 numbers can be different for people who use the Fuel Converter / Hull Converter + Smelter glitches. So if you have a lvl 7 cargo bay + Double Cargo and arrive at a station full with 154/154 minerals, then C = 154. But if you use those glitches 46 times to artificially decrease your current cargo to -46, and then you arrive at a station with 200/154 minerals, then still, C = 154. There seems to be no max limit cargo when abusing this glitch (I once tested past "-260" cargo and carried over 300 minerals), but the glitch does not affect the Full Cargo -7 Bonus.
Gamma Station Is Special
The Gamma Station cannot give you any bonus because it's only a refueling station. HOWEVER, the Gamma Station also does NOT count as the "previous time you arrived at a station". This means that you can farm minerals in-between Beta and Delta Stations for as long as you like, and take as many breaks as you like to refuel at Gamma Station. Even if you refuel there with 44/50 cargo, this will not prevent you from collecting the bonus later. If you then grab the last 6 minerals and go down to Delta Station (bigger bonus than Beta Station), then you will still receive the bonus.
Flying Past Stations Cancels The Bonus
Excluding the Gamma Station, if you're on 44/50 minerals, and you "fly past" a station by either going up or down without stopping, your bonus will still be canceled. Even if you did not refuel, and you did not "touch" any of the station's service depots. As soon as you reach that station's depth, it counts as a station arrival. So make sure you are at full cargo when you do (or full cargo - 7).
Smelter Combos Restore The Bonus
Did you run out of fuel at a bad time? Needed to refuel at 47/50 cargo? No problem! All you need is to pick up 7 minerals that only occupy 3 slots of space, and you can do that by using the lvl 1 smelter. You'll need to pickup, in the following order: Bronzium + Silverium + Goldium + Bronzium + Silverium + Goldium + Anything, and you just collected 7 minerals that fit in 3 slots of cargo. When you return to the station you'll get the bonus. You're welcome!

You can even do this after refueling at 49/50 cargo! You'll need the lvl 2 smelter, and with that final inventory slot, find 6 Explodiums and grab them in sequence. This will create 3 TNT bombs, and occupy zero space. Then grab any last mineral, get to the station, and grab yourself a bonus!

Every few ticks you stay on the ground in proximity to the mineral vendor, you are selling minerals by the type, selling all minerals of one type before selling all of the other type. By careful manouvering, You can consistently trigger selling one type and back off, retaining all the other types not sold.
So, by managing what you mine and how you sell things, you are able to sell 7 or just above 7 nuberals.
I was wondering, if this would be worth all that hassle, or is it more profitable to just mine.

How can you sell just 7 minerals?
AFAIK the game doesn't let you do that.
When you sell your minerals, you always sell everything.

So it is a sound buissness decision to fill your cargo, return to deepest station you currently can at full heath and fuel, cash-out 7 Bonus, sell just 7 minerals and with cargo almost full go back mining?
