Port Lime - Amaro Pargo (Buccaneers)

Upon revisiting the old Buccs mod (in an effort to rework it), I noticed something that it spains me to admit... They were all English! Amaro Pargo, the Spanish Drake, Snappy Dresser (this is a pun) and Fishfaced Adventure Capitalist Extraordinaire, joins the fight to vie for control of the seas with this mod, as a part of Modder Pass III: Call of the Seas!
