Upon revisiting the old Buccs mod (in an effort to rework it), I noticed something that it spains me to admit... They were all English! Amaro Pargo, the Spanish Drake, Snappy Dresser (this is a pun) and Fishfaced Adventure Capitalist Extraordinaire, joins the fight to vie for control of the seas with this mod, as a part of Modder Pass III: Call of the Seas!

In the upcoming rework, which I anticipate to be in the next two weeks, that effect is being scrapped in favor of a different, better one

I'd like to report a bug. for some reason you get the coast tiles BEFORE you build a Pirate Heaven. Your existing coast tiles does not get +1 food and +2 gold. Tiles that are purchased after building PH do get bouns correctly.
