Coconut, Pomegranate, Mango and Avocado trees produce less fruit but are sold for 50+ carrots each. Highly recommend investing in at least one Food Harvester (500 carrots) for a quick pickup and sell.

Create a more automated house with Sprinklers and Fertilizer Flingers. Also, you can buy a Auto Propagator (1,000 carrots) that will propagate nearby plants (range is roughly 6x6) and collect the seeds.
