To get the achievement you need to have Lightning Reel song unlocked, so play the game until you've unlocked it.

Start a new garden and choose songs Lightning Reel and Whirlwind:

If you have any 3-tier plants on the tiles shown below, use Whirlwind and place them somewhere in the corners:

Then plant 1-tier plants all over the map:

And use Lightning Reel on any of 1-tier plants and you should get the achievement:

I tried this tactic 4 times and it worked every time for me. I hope you'll find it helpful :)
