Hello! Now I will tell you how to run this wonderful game without freezes, crashes and other problems on modern operating systems and a modern PC. This method was found by Bolsa_de_cangrejos, but I only used it.

Download and install the game Urban Chaos.
Download DxWrapper[github.com].
Extract 2 files from the archive with DxWrapper - 2 files from the Stub folder - dinput.dll and dinput8.dll to the folder with the game.
Extract dxwrapper.dll and dxwrapper.ini from the archive dxwrapper.zip to the folder with the game
In the file dxwrapper.ini - write Dinputto8 = 1, initially there is Dinputto8 = 0.
Download dgVoodoo2[github.com] open the archive, from the folder MS/x86 all files move to the folder with the game.
Move the dgVoodooCpl.exe file from the dgVoodoo2 archive to the game folder.
Customize dgVoodoo2 as you like (Be careful with the settings).
Just in case, please select a 3D sound driver from the list below in the game's Launcher. Install Miles Fast 2D Positional Audio (Not necessarily).

Crash when you click "Restart level"

This bug is in the Steam version. There is no such thing on pirated versions. Just like on Playstation 1.
