The reason this requires the blue hair version is because of how the materials work. The hair has its own material, which I've changed to render target, making it black.

I recommend Advanced Bone Tool to move his eyelids as the only face posing the model has is opening his mouth. You can move the eyelids by changing the X position of the yanpi_01 and yanpi_02 bones. The model unfortunately has no eye posing.
