"I think the devs are making the right decision. Robocraft community has just been wanting their game back, and a modern version thats more capable and has more features would be great. interested to see how this goes.

As for the quick building prototype, imo the placement and deleting is a bit too flashy. Same with the cubes themselves. They look like the old glass cubes from rc1. They won't look very fluent compared to rc1. I don't think just rebuilding rc1 is a very good idea, atleast when it comes to building. the new system seemed a lot more unique and detailed, and if they can strike the simplicity between the old cubes and the new customizable geometric shapes I think that would be pretty cool. rc2 should still be a chance to start anew and be unique from rc1. Apart from that, the prototype itself is kinda crap, but its more so just a demonstration so It's fine. No mirror, no rotating prisms. But atleast it had 6 colors and the same movement controls from rc1. Only time will tell how things go with the rebuild. Can't really judge or say anything about it yet. GL Freejam.
