This submarine was designed by the leftover crew of a sunken R-29 with the help of engineers on the nearest colony. It has slightly more cargo space than your average Tier 2 transport submarine, which in turn makes the cargo compartments have less traffic in them due to their placement. Radagast has two coilguns on the top and one flak cannon at the bottom, it is also capable of launching depth charges.
