Step 1. Locating game's translation files

First, find the game's folder.
In Steam, you can do it like this:

Now to getting the translation and adding in to the game

Download the translation file from here[belfiles.blob.core.windows.net] (Hosted on Azure blob storage)
Copy the downloaded file to the game's "local" folder (from step 1).
Choose a language you'd like to replace. In this guide, choose Portuguese (so English and Russian are still available).

Rename the file you chose to save it "for later" (for example, add .backup to its name).

Rename the lang_bel.ini file so it has the name of the language file you chose (lang_por.ini in this guide).

Step 3. In the game

You can now select Belarusian.

In the right-hand list, select the language's flag (in this guide - Brazilian flag).

Select a font. Unfortunately, only fonts 2 and 3 support all Belarusian characters.

That's it!

Now you can play Loop Hero in Belarusian!

NOTES:

Updating the game or verifying game files will potentially remove the translation.
