환자들의 치료를 완벽하게 해내면 됩니다.

치료는 이물질을 제거하거나 폴립 등을 제거하고,

만약에 출혈이 있다면 소작기로 지져서 출혈을 잡아준 뒤,

물을 쏴서 잔여물들이 쓸려나갈 때까지 유지해주면 됩니다.

잔여물들을 배출시킬 때, 끝까지 흘러나가는지 확인할 필요는 없고,

잔여물들이 물줄기를 타고 어느정도 쓸려내려가고 있으면 그대로 진행하면 됩니다.

만약 잔여물들이 어딘가에 끼어서 잘 쓸려내려가지 않는다면

집게로 집어서 그 지점에서 빼준 뒤 다시 물을 쏴주면 됩니다.


만약 환자들의 치료를 제대로 해냈다면,

해당 환자를 마무리할 때마다 나오는 멘트가 긍정적인 것으로 확인이 가능합니다.


해당 업적은 모든 환자의 진료를 마치고 엔딩을 확인할 때 획득 가능합니다.

Take a good care to most(all?) patients.

Treatment process is starting with getting rid of the stuffs / polips / etc.,

if there's blood flowing, use the laser to burn the wound and stop blood flowing,

and wash down the remains of stuffs / polips / etc..

When you wash down the remains, you don't have to follow it until it hits the end of colon,

but once you check those remains starts flowing with water stream, you may proceed forward.

If some of the remains stuck somewhere, you can use the grabber to pick it out,

and once more wash down the remains.


If you've done the treatment appropriate,

you can verify it out when you check the post-treatment comments are positive.


This achievement will be unlocked once you finish all patient's treatment and check the ending.

나쁜 엔딩을 얻었습니다 / You got the bad ending


환자들의 질환이나 이물질 등을 무시하고 진행하면 됩니다.


단, 각 치료의 마지막에 있는 필수 치료는 진행해야 합니다.

1번 환자: 그랩버를 이용해 [반지]를 껌에서 떼낸 뒤 물을 쏴서 배출시키기

2번 환자: [샷건탄]에 물을 쏴서 배출시키기

3번 환자: [진주]에 물을 쏴서 배출시키기

4번 환자: [환자 머리]를 파괴한 뒤 그 잔여물에 물을 쏴서 배출시키기

5번 환자: [삐에로]를 파괴한 뒤 그 잔여물에 물을 쏴서 배출시키기


만약 환자들의 치료를 제대로 해내지 않았다면,

해당 환자를 마무리할 때마다 나오는 멘트가 부정적인 것으로 확인이 가능합니다.


해당 업적은 모든 환자의 진료를 마치고 엔딩을 확인할 때 획득 가능합니다.

#5: Destroy the [Clown] and wash down its remains.

치료의 마지막에 [샷건탄]을 발견하면

물을 쏴서 흘려보내는 대신, 커터나 소작기를 샷건탄에 사용해서 격발시키면 됩니다.

해당 업적은 조건 수행 이후 코멘트를 확인하며 달성 가능합니다.

This achievement is able to unlock with patient #2.

At the end of the treatment when you find the [Shotgun Shell],

Use the cutter or laser on the Shotgun Shell and ignites it.

This achievement will be unlocked while you fulfill the requirement and checking the comment.

게임 내 모든 아이템을 스캔했습니다 / You scanned every item in the game


말 그대로 모든 아이템들을 스캔해야합니다.

일부는 제거하기 전이나 후나 동일 아이템으로 판정되지만(주로 이물질 류)

일부는 제거된 뒤 다른 아이템으로 판정되기도 합니다(주로 파괴되는 것들)

한 회차에 모두 발견할 필요는 없고 무언가 놓친거 같다면

다음 회차에 놓친 것만 스캔하여 해당 업적을 달성할 수 있습니다.

해당 업적은 모든 아이템들을 스캔 달성한 순간 달성됩니다.

(즉, 모두 스캔한 것 같아도 그 즉시 업적이 달성되지 않는다면 무언가 놓친 것이 있다는 뜻입니다.)


놓치기 쉬운 아이템들을 확인하시기 바랍니다. (정확한 명칭은 다소 다를 수 있습니다)

- 건강한 장 벽(아무 질환이나 이물질이 없는 장 아무 곳이나 스캔)

- 출혈이 생긴 장 벽(출혈이 있는 부분을 스캔)

- 폴립 잔여물 / 칼슘-지방 덩어리 잔여물(별개 아이템 입니다)

- 알 수 없는 (살점) 잔여물(기생충 등을 파괴하여 확인 가능)

- 반지 / 껌 (별개 아이템 입니다)

- 조개 / 진주(별개 아이템 입니다)

- 진드기 조각(알 수 없는 (살점) 잔여물과는 별개로 다리 하나가 붙어 꿈틀거리는 잔여물)

- 물줄기 흡혈 진드기 머리(물줄기 흡혈 진드기를 파괴하면 알 수 없는 (살점) 잔여물과 함께 스폰됩니다)

- 새끼 기생충(일반 기생충과는 별개로, 알집을 파괴하면 여러 마리가 스폰됩니다)

Literally, you have to scan every kind of items at least once.

Some of them are considered as same item both before get rid of, and after get rid of.(usually picking out items)

But some of them are considered as different item before get rid of, and after get rid of(usually destructive items)

You don't have to scan everything in one run.

If you feel like you;ve missed some of them in one run,

you can try it at the next run without scan everything once again.

The achievement will be unlocked immediately once you scan the last item

(This means that if the achievement doesn't unlock, there's something you've missed)
