Also coming back to the alloy buildings (and equivalent effects) I have seen that the description for "tier 4" (AVB only) does not mention any +X alloy per alloy job, but rather adding like 15 new open jobs for the building which changes its purposes so be carefull.
(After further tests, this issue is present with all buildings that add +X ressources production to a single job)
I also noticed that some ruler jobs are created when the capital building is vanilla and not AVB, I suspect that this is due to some updates from the devs since the mod has not been updated for a few months at this point.
Starting with the basics but the below comments for refineries and such are still relevant.
Also and maybe it was mentionned elswhere but you can build multiples of the same building that should normally be limited to one per planet in vanilla (alloy, consumer godds, unity...)
Turn off vanilla buildings upgrades, it's related to the planetary administration.
