Basically, it's script created by sneakyevil with QoL tweaks that are suitable even for a first walkthrough. The most important one is FoV setting.

1.First check readme from SDmodding org: Here[github.com]
2.Download latest Release.zip file from Release or by Clicking here[github.com].
3.Extract all files inside game folder
4.Launch game
5.If everything was installed properly you should be able to open the UI by pressing F10.

My note: If window with settings haven't appeared after pressing F10:
Put game to the windowed mode and press F10 (window will appear).
After that you can put back to fullscreen and this problem should not bother you again after reactivating it.

I personally recommend to set FoV on 40. For me it's perfect value.
