[Simfphys] LVS Simfphys Patch

Beskrivning
This patch adds an additional hook check to fix issues with outdated/discontinued simfphys vehicles. allowing for them to operate presuming that they don't replace core files of LVS

regardless this patch is now outdated as the bug it was trying to fix was fixed a few months later

At the time the pack was simfphys focused, the problem was with that pack it was still technically running on the simfphys base, but with no real fix, this was for that, it was a temporary fix until it was able to update the base to simfphys or when luna one day decides to give simfphys and lfs back

then why post it on a DRC halo vehicle pack?

I don't have support for DRC LFS vehicles, this is for standard simfphys vehicles, it isn't compatable with LVS/LFS aircraft

When using DRC LFS Vehicles. Also removes the E functionality of any LVS / LFS Vehicle; not allowing a player to exit the vehicle.

Nice. Either I didn't know or forgot Luna made Simphys and LFS. It would explain why Simphys had not been acting right for me. So thanks for this.
