How to fix crash at the beginning of the game
By theS1mbA3
preface: *Good afternoon, I don’t know English very well, but I noticed that many people have a similar problem.
And I would like to help those who are faced with the same problem as me.
Translated my guide using Google Translator, If the text is not clear, I hope the screenshots will help*

After downloading the game, when I first started it, I encountered a problem with the game freezing after the first cutscene. Because of this, I had to close the game through the dispatcher.
I tried many ways, and this is what helped me!

PhysX setup
1. You need to right-click on the desktop and select "NVIDEA Control Panel"

2. Then select "3D Settings" ---> "Surround, PhysX Settings" ---> "PhysX Settings"

3. Next, select your video card instead of "Auto select"

4. Click “Apply” and launch the game.
P.S. If nothing has changed, try to select not your video card, but the CPU and run game with this parameter.
Disable PhysX in the game launcher.
If the first method does not help, try another one, disabling PhysX in the game itself (the game is not affected in any way by disabling this parameter).

1. Open the Steam Library, find the game and right-click on the game, then “Properties”

2. Open the “Installed files” tab ---> “Browse...”, thereby opening the internal game files stored on your computer.

3.In the opened files we find the “Binaries” folder.

4. Find the game launcher called "BmLauncher.exe"

5. Launch the launcher and select "Settings"

6. Scroll down and find the “Hardware acceleration PhysX” parameter, click on the left arrow and turn off this parameter.

7. Next, click OK and start the game.
