Efficiency Inc
Modular 24x24 high capacity building blocks that don't waste space on (structural) ornaments. Also provides a few starting offices in the same style.

Do note that all most of these templates require the basic furniture (via Tasks) to be unlocked.

Starting offices
The starting offices are meant as temporary offices until you have enough cash on hand to expand to a larger office. The 0a starting office is somewhat modular because 0z Additional rooms (left and right) can be added to increase capacity.

Modular office blocks
The modular building blocks are made to be space efficient without being (too) ugly. No fancy pillars and other structural ornaments surrounding the building and no personal offices for non-leaders, but in return you get a lot of worker, printer and server capacity in a relatively small area.

NIce layouts, its a must in my games now. The only problem i found its the basic heater not being enough in some rooms, but you can solve by just replacing for a eletric one.

Still, 10/10, its really a great work.

Yeah it's working and the Security needs to be good for that :D mine got stolen, i stored them in the ground floor in the dark room :D

Hi Bozzi. What I do is just remove a wall between 2 rooms for a bigger office/meeting area :). I figured that is easier for people than making existing offices smaller. But in short: no this is not available. If I had some data on people's preferred office size then I could make new floors for this. What is your favorite?

A storage room for gold might be a nice addition. When I last played this game the whole gold thing was pretty useless and bugged, so I didn't bother. If it's useful/fixed when I play again then I'll add a nice gold vault as well :).

I like your Building <3 is there an option with bigger Teams 12-16 Computers per Room (and therefore meetingrooms). And an storage room in the basement with security for gold and so on.

No, it was just my stupid mistake. I had just been adding another blueprint (which I left in after I'd added all the offices I wanted), then realized it was way too small, closed out, found yours, then tried to move it in. I was on floor 1, so that couldn't be the issue and I couldn't figure out why it was saying it wasn't supported. I closed and reopened the game multiple times trying different things, including putting in floors by themselves.

As for your comment earlier today about a more modular office, perhaps use a rental property, in addition to a blueprint. The mod I normally start with lets you slowly rent rooms throughout the building until you're frustrated with the manufacturing capacity and need to find somewhere to build. Fixing that would be nice! I really liked moving to the new building, spent a couple hours setting it up just how I wanted it, but that was enough that I only actually played for an hour after.
