Preface
Be warned: The eyes of those not yet exposed to such ideas are best left innocent of these texts. Such knowledge may free you from the limiting shackles of your ignorance, enabling you to traverse the lands of Evolution much more quickly and accrue more evolutionary essence. But at what cost? As I have continued to traverse Extreme Evolution: Drive to Divinity, I have come to understand more and more that it is exactly the discovery of the sort of phenomenon recorded in this guide that pushes me onward to explore the world. It's a magical feeling, and you should feel it yourself before you use this guide as reference. Is the journey, in this life, not the destination?
An Introduction to Forms
'Forms' in Extreme Evolution: Drive to Divinity are different states of being which enable you to explore the world in a wide variety of ways. Some forms may enable you to climb, balance more easily, control your falls more gracefully, or move very quickly. On the other hand, there are forms which' only purpose is to change your perspective on the world you inhabit. As such, the effects of altering your form can range from new body types to entirely altered states of consciousness.
Mobile Material Forms
Mobile Material Forms are the first class of Form which you will experience in Extreme Evolution: Drive to Divinity. These forms are forms which can collide with objects in their environment (aka, are material), and which also are capable of spontaneous movement, that is, movement at their own will.
  • Egg
    "you're an egg now"
    Cost: 0.1§ — Abilities: Climbing
The egg is a slow but versatile form, enabling the user to climb surfaces with inclinations as steep as 90 degrees when finessed gently and laying laterally on the ground.
  • Blip
    "a single cosmic speck"
Cost: 0.1§ — Abilities: Tight Spaces, Aerial Control
The blip's acceleration is not enough to surpass its own ground friction in most conditions, resulting in it being difficult to move unless rolling down a slope or falling through the air. However, in perfect conditions, the blip is capable of maneuvering more deftly than most other forms.
  • Ring
    "bio-torus hoop"
    Cost: 0.1§, 0.1§/s — Abilities: Wire Looping
The ring only has one known identified use. It is also possible that the Ring is intended for use in the Spide(r) Temple, but correctly looping the wire present in the temple is difficult & no known explorer has yet reported success.
  • Boll
    "the manmade ball"
Cost: 1§ — Abilities: Robust Maneuverability
The Boll form is especially useful for cases where avoiding objects quickly is necessary, or the ability to roll over gaps larger than gaps which the Egg can roll over is required.
  • Ball
    "the biological ball"
Cost: 15§ — Locate: None Known— Abilities: Robust Maneuverability, Climbing
Ball is much the same as Boll but it is slightly larger and moves and reacts faster. Remarkably it can also climb, making it almost entirely a superset of both Boll and Egg combined.
  • Car
    "the biological car"
Cost: 2.5§ — Locate: Car Temple — Abilities: Speed
The Car is an easily controllable vehicle form which moves very quickly but maintains regular movement controls, aside from the henceforth typical throttle up / down nature of car acceleration (aka, once you choose to move forward, you will continue to accelerate forward until you choose to slow down deliberately)
  • Cor
    "the oblong car"
Cost: 2§ — Abilities: Moderate Speed, Control
The Cor is related to the Car and is similarly fast. However, Cor rotation is controlled by the mouse & camera, as in unlike most forms you cannot look around without also rotating your body. Additionally, the attempts to turn left and right may surprise you as the regular hotkeys now control the form's Roll axis as opposed to Yaw.
  • Auto
    "the automobile"
Cost: 1§ — Abilities: Extreme Speed
The auto is the fastest known form but it is very difficult to control, and cannot be slowed down. Proceed with caution in areas surrounded by void.
  • Spide
    "disposable spider, look towards ground"
    Cost: 15§ — Locate: Spide(r) Temple — Abilities: Climbing
The Spide is capable of climbing on any surface regardless of orientation. In all known conditions, it is also impervious to impacts from fast moving objects such as those found in the Ouroboros: Intention Gap. However, the Spide will collapse into a smaller, innert version of itself immediately upon attempting to crawl over any sharp edge of the world geometry, necessitating form shifting in order to progress past any such obstacle.
  • Cup
    Cost: Unknown§ — Abilities: Ascends
Cup appears to have a disc-like shape.
  • Tine
    "magnetic tine, spheroid"
    Cost: 90§ — Locate: Holy Path: 200 — Abilities: Feather-weight
A 6-pointed shape which catches wind easily and is highly maneuverable during freefall.
  • Tines
    "cluster tines, nerve atrophy"
    Cost: 90§ — Locate: Nothing Hole 2022 — Abilities: Feather-weight
A set of 5 tines connected by strings of orbs. Very floaty.
  • Truck
    Cost: Unknown§ — Abilities: Unknown
  • Bomp
    Cost: Unknown§ — Abilities: Bouncy
  • Polyp
    "the polyps, bio cuttings"
Cost: 9§ — Locate: Humanity Sigil — Abilities: No-Clip, Fast, Spread Out
The Polyp is an extremely useful form. It is composed of several distinct cells which move individually. Transforming into the Polyp when up against a thin barrier can allow the player to place half of their body-cells on one side of the barrier and half on the other. This enables the Polyp to shift the average position of its members beyond the threshold of a barrier, after which transformation into any more unified form will occur on the other side of the barrier. This is effectively No Clipping.
  • Fake
    "the manmade human"
Cost: 1§ — Locate: Vain Aching Vein — Abilities: Unknown
The fake is a high-poly humanoid running figure which is quite accurate to human anatomy.
  • Bake
    Cost: Unknown§ — Abilities: Unknown
The Bake is a humanoid running figure composed of large crude cube-shaped chunks.
  • Jake
    "the jumbo fake"
Cost: 20§/s — Locate: Holy Path: 300 — Abilities: Undocumented
  • Flat
"the flying saucer, no vertical movement"
Cost: 25§, 5§/s — Locate: Humanity Sigil — Abilities: Static Vertical Position
The Flat can only move in the horizontal plane, useful to grab things that are floating mid-air once you get at their level with another form.
  • Groo
    "natural growing groop"
    Cost: 0.25§/s^2, 5§/s — Locate: Soul Enclosure — Abilities:
Extremely useful for collection of all nearby objects, though it will rapidly deplete all of your §
  • Grap
    "the grappling needle"
Cost: 75§ — Locate: Grap Temple — Abilities: Grappling presumably.
Immobile Material Forms
  • Dump
    "dump off the flag" (curious)
    Cost: 5§ — Abilities: Unknown
  • Chunk
Cost: Unknown§ — Abilities: Increased Gravity
The chunk cannot be maneuvered, but is effected by significantly greater gravitational forces than most other forms. This makes it useful for producing downward velocity to be utilized by another form. Essentially, the Chunk produces harvestable kinetic energy.
  • Tire
    "the wheel motion fling"
Cost: 25§ — Locate: Waterfall Mandala — Abilities: Catapult
Extremely powerful form which catapults whichever form you next turn into. The weight of whatever form you become will determine the speed of the catapult. As such, for long distances the Blip is recommended. Unfortunately, the Polyp does not retain velocity from the Tire.
  • Stop
    "the full stopper"
Cost: 0§ — Locate: Self Gateway — Abilities: Stops
Definitely doesn't go anywhere. This is the first instance of a form which is free to transform into that I have discovered.
  • Spoot
    "the nova spooter"
Cost: 10§, 5§/s— Locate: Nowhere At All — Abilities: Nova Spooting
Shoots 10 'Nova' forms in all directions at once every ~1 second.
  • Spout
    "the automatic dispersal"
Cost: 7§, 4§/s— Locate: Big Spiritual Jump — Abilities: Spouting
Shoots a single vehicle form facing the direction of the camera every 1 second.
Metaphysical Forms
Metaphysical forms are forms which dissolve your material body in exchange for some metaphysical boon. The following is a limited list of some of the metaphysical forms.
  • Look
    "the immaterial bird's eye"
Cost: 0.1§ — Abilities: View the entire map
  • Pray
    "desire towards effect"
Cost: 2§ — Abilities: Time to think during fast maneuvers
  • Self
    "just self, just illusion"
Cost: 0.01§/s^2 — Locate: Lingering Nowhere — Abilities: Unknown
Unknown Forms
These are forms which are out of reach for study. Generally, this only means that the cost to transform into them is too high to reach at the present time.
  • Get
    "natural cone which gets"
    Anticipated Class: Material
Cost: 999§ — Locate: Holy Path: 200 — Abilities: Unknown
  • No
    "express nothing"
    Anticipated Class: Metaphysical
Cost: 1234§/s — Locate: Disintegration Theory — Abilities: Unknown, presumably not a lot though.
Closing
Note: This is an early draft of "The Evolutionary Formnomicon". There is very little content, and the guide will be expanded as the author comes to a deeper understanding of the universe of Extreme Evolution: Drive to Divinity.

Get's ability is that it aims towards things in the level you haven't gotten yet and fires an object at them. If the object touches the item, you get it.

the description of Flat you provided is a copy of the description for Fake

it should be something along the lines of "Flat can only move in the horizontal plane, useful to grab things that are floating mid-air once you get at their level with another form"
