I do not claim to be a professional, I just hope this can help someone who is having the same problems I was. I used multiple guides online and tried selling him 3 separate houses with no luck.

If you are concerned about profit this guide is NOT FOR YOU. This is purely for people who are struggling to get the achievement and have run out of other options.

I did lose $1,989.43 on this sale, but there are 100% ways you can do this by tweaking certain steps or by negotiating the final offer, I just did not want to risk losing him again LOL.

This guide is based on purchase of the apartment "The One To Move In"

1. Before you do anything, Clean and Dispose of all dirt and trash in the apartment.

2. After cleaning, leave the preexisting bathroom as-is, you will not be changing it.

1. Enter the multi functional room, sell EVERYTHING except window and door.

2. Extend the preexisting wall to create two separate rooms. Leave a 4 "wall" gap as a space for a door. (see photo for reference)



3. In that gap, install a Moroi Single Door (colour does not matter)

4. In the larger of both rooms, place a wardrobe to turn it into a closet.

4a. If the label does not automatically appear, make sure the item you placed has the word WARDROBE in the name, and that the room is smaller than 12m^2 (it should be if the wall is in the right spot).

That room is now complete.

5. In the smaller room, add a Seenic Sauna Heater, a Corner Sauna Bench, and Sauna Benches until the room label switches to "Sauna".

Movement through the rooms is NOT necessary, fit things wherever you can.

Both rooms are now complete, and all marked areas no longer need to be touched.

1. Enter the bedroom, SELL EVERYTHING except windows, light fixtures and door.

2. Turn this room into a living room. Add the BARE NECESSITIES but make sure the furniture you choose is modern. You need a couch and a coffee table, THAT SHOULD BE IT. As soon as the label switches to living room, exit the room.

This room is now done.

(I know he does not technically require a living room but this was the only way I could get this to work.)

The following rooms are now complete and should not be touched again.

1. Once again, SELL EVERYTHING leaving only doors, windows and ceiling lights.

NO KITCHEN is a requirement, so do not worry about selling those objects.

2. Once everything is sold, replace flooring with anything you want.

3. Paint walls with ANY shade under "pink" category.

4. Add walls as shown in the photo below, once again leaving a 4 block space for a door.



5. Add a Moroi Single Door in the gap, colour again does not matter.

6. Make the smaller room into a BATHROOM. Add proper plumbing systems and furniture. Once again movement is NOT necessary so squish things in where you can. You need a toilet, a BATHROOM sink and a BATHTUB.

7. I placed a Restiee Pastel Bathtub lengthwise from the right side wall, a Mountable Sink in front of the door and a mountable standard toilet behind the door. I could not enter the bathroom but you do not need to.

That room is now complete, and you do not need to enter it again.

Almost done now :)

1. Turn this room into a bedroom. Do not choose a bed that has "single" or "double" in the name. I chose the "Mime Dark Bed" .

At this point he should be at the very top.

You can choose to tell the house as-is or make any changes you'd like to increase profit or make it look nicer. I did not choose to do that resulting in a loss of ~ 2000$ but profit and looks were not my main concern so I was fine with the loss.
