This mod causes enemy forces to build tanks and units constantly, even if starving an AI enemy player, they constantly make new units in masses

Hello!
For some reason, this mod breaks sidebar abilities, at least for UK's Australian Defense Battlegroup. Active abilities don't show on the sidebar.
