[LVS] Coast Guard Helicopter

Descripción
This adds a Coast Guard Helicopter using LVS Base.

Additional Controls:

Pressing space bar open and closes rear doors.
Pressing Left Click turns on and off the front spotlight

Best thing to do is to learn file paths and basic lua, I suggest watching code blue tutorials on youtube.

I'd like making an German-Styled Tornado Panavia from the Luftwaffe, maybe with multiple skins

This is really cool, we can always use more driveable TF2-styled vehicles! If you do more in the future I'll be here for it!

Anyone that is currently subscribed please update the addon. A bunch of features were added including, a working spotlight ( left click ) opening rear doors ( space ), passengers able to go first person looking out the rear doors and overall tweaks to flight controls.
