Soviet Minibus RAF-2203 "Latvia"

This mod adds a minibus RAF-2203 "Latvia", as a BUS, and as assets. RAF-2203 «Latvia» ( Latvian RAF-2203 Latvija ) - Soviet types of minibuses and special light-duty vehicles based on them, mass-produced at the Riga Bus Factory in 1975-1997. Cars of this model were widely used as official vehicles, ambulances and fixed-route taxis until the 2000s.

• RAF-2203 (1976-1987) - classic variant of the minibus. Available in 3 taxi color schemes.
  
• RAF-220301 (1987-1993) - transitional minibus model. Available in 3 taxi color schemes.
  
• RAF-22038 (1989-1993) - the final modernization of the minibus, with a slightly more powerful engine and minor design changes. Available in 3 taxi color schemes and 2 variants of license plate.

• All 3 minibuses are in colors of government and emergency services - colors of military police, traffic police, fire department and ambulance. The liveries are different for different car models, adding variety to the game. In addition, the cars are available with the siren on and off. There are 28 additional cars in total. They serve as taxis in the game. They can also be placed on the map as assets.
