How to Find Houdini!
Basically, me and a friend of mine were playing Elephant, when we found a suspect and tried to shoot at him.
The suspect ran off and we didn't see him for the next 20-ish minutes,and nicknamed him Houdini.
We got so bored we started shooting the civs and got into a big gunfight against each other, when he (my friend) ran out of ammo after killing me, and then ran into Houdini while trying to blow himself up with C2.

So here's how to find him!

1. Encounter your Houdini, just run into him and start firing
2. Houdini runs off, start chasing him, get tired of it because he was in the Olympics
3. Search for Houdini, if you can't find him, he'll eventually find you
4. Get bored, shoot civs, and your friends, as a sacrifice for Houdini
5. Houdini finds you, if you die here, just give up
6. Houdini runs off yet again! Here he comes, and there he goes
7. Get bored again, keep playing with flashbangs
8. Quit, stop moving, stop searching, it's useless
9. Die to Houdini, let's face it we won't ever find him again
