An achievement is for touching the grass and another three for surviving a certain amount of minutes out of a total of 5.

For the survive achievements, you will need to play survival mode which can be accessed by clicking Survive in the game's main menu. In this mode, yellow squares will appear and will explode after a few seconds. The squares will explode faster as your survival time increases. If your hand is in that square, you are eliminated.

There is a way to make it easier by playing using the mouse. Reduce the window size to the minimum to need to move less distances and increase the mouse sensitivity to move faster.
