Earn 1 Great Engineer point in the capital, and earn great Engineers 50% faster; +50% production of aircraft

UB: The Great Wheel
Windmill replacement; +10% production and +1 production from mined resources; 2 Engineer slots

UU: Steam Packet
Ironclad replacement it costs more than the Ironclad to produce. The classic ferry vessel of the Isle of Man can earn Gold and Experience when performing a 1-time trade mission adjacent to another civs territory, and can carry 2 aircraft

It's the three Legs of Man, in Manx legend the seagod Mannanin would transform himself into a 3 legged creature, and roll down the mountains to scare off invaders.

Though its actual usage was adapted from the Trincria probably around the 13th or 14th centuries.
