Snowshoes

Beskrivning
A simple mod that adds two types of snowshoes, traditional and modern, which remove the movement penalty applied by snow at the cost of slower movement on other terrain.

Both types need to be researched, with traditional being neolithic and modern being industrial.

Requires Pathfinding Framework .

@Wolfette unfortunately the mod author for the framework has retired so I can't update until someone takes it up -- I hear the Biomes! team is having a go at it. Maybe one day!

Cool mod, hope you update it for 1.6 Warspite!

Yes, a pawn with snow shoes on normal terrain will move slower than one who does not. It's a relatively small difference so I wouldn't bother taking them off indoors. Just be sure to take them off once the snow melts.

But the description says there's a penalty for non-snow terrains, should we remove them indoors or keep them and live with the penalty?

@KawwaK You put them on like any other apparel, then the movement penalty on snow is ignored at the cost of a slight movement speed decrease. Overall a pawn with snowshoes will move a fair bit faster on snow than one who does not. Only useful for cold biomes, of course.

So, how does this work? are they suposed to wear them only outside and remove them evrytime they go inside?
