1. Regulate your breathing. Breathe in and out slowly. Empty your lungs completely before filling it back up to the brim. Repeat until your heartbeat no longer goes above normal. When you are in an intense, high octane situation, adrenaline could make you shaky and more than often prove to be fatal as you can miss your shots.

2. Understand that nobody is perfect, and forgive your teammates for not being a good team player. Keep being a good team player like you've been doing for the longest time, helping them repairing their vehicles, alerting them about potential enemy on the map, etc etc.

3. Splash cold water to your face and walk around your room to air out your frustation and anger. Drink cold water to help you further.

4. Make each death meaningful. For example, for each death, you would do push up or squat 5 or 10 times. Knowing how often you'll die in War Thunder for the strangest reason and the most unexpected way, you're likely to end up with a well defined physique in a year.

5. Last but not least, remember, it's only a game. If it's too much for you, close the game, go out, enjoy something else such as reading a book, walking around the city, or maybe pick up a new hobby. Your mental health means more than a vehicle simulator game.
