Sadly for digital distribution, on Steam you can buy only FlatOut, Xpand Rally and Street Racing Syndicate - some good games, but not the greatest...
Ford Racing 3 already gone in limbo there, Colin McRae Rally 2005 was only available on GOG for a short period of time in the past.
Soon you'll not be able to buy Burnout 3 for Xbox 360 due to its marketplace closing.
Many of these games were never ported on PC and would've been lost for audience if not emulation.

Personally, I don't think there will be another that reach year in the future..."
