Every achievement's icon color is tied to a specific character, it's the same as the color of the in-game texts :
  • Blue is for the player / Query
  • Green is for choices made with /concerning Proxy
  • Orange is for choices made with /concerning Grish
  • Purple is for choices made with /concerning Ada
  • Red is for choices made with /concerning Prinz
  • Rose is for choices made with /concerning Sierra

Codex hotspots are white dots that you have to click. They appear in some frames, just pay attention to the background everytime it switches and you shouldnt miss one.

    Find a partner.
    Befriend Grish and go see Prinz with him.

    Proceed solo.
    Oppose Grish and choose to go alone to see Prinz.

    Allow an outside threat to enter the Repository.
