Adds Chile as a playable civilization under the leadership of businesswoman and philanthropist Isidora Goyenechea.

UA: Start with Commerce unlocked. +50% more quantity of Coal. 33% chance to discover Cattle, Wine, or Copper when founding a city.

UU: SLM FAMAE. Replaces the Rocket Artillery. It has +1 movement points, plus a 1+ attack range, but has less damage capacity.

UB: Caracol Comercial. Replaces the Stadium. The Caracol Comercial provides less Happiness than the Stadium (2 to 1) and more expensive to maintain (2 to 3), but is cheaper to build (500 to 425). It yields +2 Gold and +1 Gold for every two Citizens in the city. Requires a Market.
