Seeing as though I haven't even been kicked for launching and playing APB through it, I'd say probably not. However, it is always a good idea to be careful anyway.

Would this 'Ninja Ripper' be considered a hacking tool by the game?

Well each character, present in this scene, was created in-game. They were then ripped through the use of Ninja Ripper, converted to .obj through Noesis and then finally imported, textured and polished up in Blender.

How did you set up the models with custom clothing and then export them to Blender?
