It's interesting to think about. You join CP for better rations, or just to provide basics for your wife/family. Then you realise after training you're half maintaining order half depriving people of basic freedoms/rights. You're terrified of poor job performance because Overwatch will take your family away, so you get frustrated when citizens either don't comply or fight back. You end up beating people, some to death, as you can't afford to fail an objective of any kind for any reason.

Then you hear there's an anti-citizen one, officers down, and you get assigned to apprehend him. It'll be the last thing you ever do.
