   • The quickest way to bypass the launcher is through the game's launch options in Steam. Start by navigating to your Steam Library and locate Baldur’s Gate 3. Right-click the game and select "Properties" at the bottom of the context menu.

Right-click on your preferred version, and towards the bottom of the context menu, you should see “Create Shortcut.” Clicking this will create a direct shortcut to the game that you can place anywhere!
