Groundless Aggressor: Defeat Woad Daevan. In Novehk Forest, you may randomly encounter a character who offers you a health or wealth gamble. Choose to fight this character. I believe you can encounter this boss after defeating the area boss. When you kill him, the achievement unlocks.
