To get started you need at least 5 - 10k on hand and snacks or the Gooch won't spawn.
Killing the Gooch
The Gooch will spawn anywhere in any time there is no spawn rate or something you just have to be in a lobby with 2+ people or he won't spawn.

Now just run around have fun and he will spawn randomly.




Reward
As reward for killing the Gooch you will get 35k and the Gooch Outfit which you can equip in any Wardrobe.

I had him spawn on me twice, first time I missed him, I know there isn't long left but hopefully this might help some people get the outfit. I have read that you need 10k+ in cash on you and snacks. Both times I was jumped by the Gooch I was in built up areas by a store (where you buy snacks) as the op states ypu can get jumped any where at any give point, I also read that you need to be in the lobby (with at least 2 people) for 45 minutes plus. When you get jumped you will go down, the Gooch will run from you very fast, he also has quiet high hp so be quick to gun him down. I manged to get in a car, run him over then gun him down....
