Introduction
Greetings! In this guide, I will let you know about the best approach you can take to get all the achievements in this game. First of all, a bit of information:

1. For me, beating 100% of the game took 16 hours. However, I was distracted pretty often and didn't use the best strategy right away, so I think the actual time to beat using this guide will be about 10-14 hours depending on how precise your shots are.

2. All achievements can be completed solo, there's no online ones.
Target Achievements
You will likely get 85% of all the achievements automatically, while trying to go for these 2 main ones:

1.

For this one, you will have to complete 54 holes total in 3 campaigns (4th one is a DLC and, good news, you don't have to launch it even once to get 100%), while:

a. using the number of shots less than X (mandatory to progress)
b. gathering 20 out of 20 coins on the level (optional to progress, mandatory for achievement)
c. gathering a crate, usually in a tricky place (optional to progress, mandatory for achievement)
d. finishing with more than X amount of points (optional to progress, mandatory for achievement)

2.

This one is pretty straight-forward, you will have to complete all the levels from the "Challenges" section. However, same as for previously mentioned achievement - you won't have to complete (or even open) the 4th level of each challenge type, since it's a DLC!

Walkthrough & Strategy
You will have to do 2 runs.

During your first run you will simply need to be running through Campaign levels as fast as possible to unlock two extremely useful abilities - Parachute & Reverse Gravity. Apart from being good, there's also no way to get all the objectives in most of the holes without them, which is why I strongly recommend going for these before going for 100% of any level, as it speeds up the process greatly even on levels where it's not necessary.

You will unlock both of them near the end of the second/start of third campaign, if I remember correctly. To get there faster just focus on completing the main objective of each level (shots less than X), as it's the one allowing you to move forward.

Once you've gathered these abilities, you should buy The Armageddon Driver from the shop. It is accessible through "Level Selection --> Golfer Selection --> Icon with gears". After this, you're ready for your final run, starting from the beginning.

The strategy to get the:

1. Coins - for the fastest way possible, I suggest looking at the whole level before starting and thinking out a path allowing you to collect the coins in a nice way without having to go back, etc. Nothing too complicated here, just get em! Also, remember that you don't have to get all 20 in one run, you can do more tries in case you run out of some ability and unable to get to some of the coins.

2. Crates - mostly, these will be the ones you'll have to waste your Reverse Gravity ability on. There are a few levels where crates are quite tricky to get, so general advice is to get as close as possible to the position where you can shoot straight up or with the least angle, so that you can control your ball easier with rotating and Reverse Gravity right away.

3. Points - the most interesting one. As mentioned in lots of guides before me, the easiest way to get those is not hitting worms or objects on the level, but instead - shooting up with most power you can get, as you get awarded a ton for flying. Even better if you can do this above water, as ball still flies for some time while under it. This is exactly why we have bought the Armageddon Driver from the shop before starting the finishing run!
P.S. didn't know this at the time of playing, but apparently completing the level in one shot gives you 100k points as well, so feel free to switch between these two strats depending on the difficulty of the level and your abilities!

That's pretty much what you'll have to repeat 54 times now, enjoy!

Once you're done with the campaign, you can get to challenges. Each of them requires only points to be completed, and by this time you will be pretty familiar with the best way to get them! ;)
(don't even try playing those fairly :P)
Golf Clubs and Abilities
Golf Clubs

1. Driver. The one you will use when in a need to shoot for a long-long distance.
2. Iron. Not much difference from the Driver, except it has less power but more control.
3. Dredge. This one allows you to shoot from ♥♥♥♥♥♥ surfaces like sand, etc. (you can't really use other clubs when you're on these)
4. Putter. Very weak and precise, perfect for a finishing touch on the green.

Abilities

Honestly, you don't really need anything except Parachute and Gravity, but I will still list them:
1. Slow time. The most useless ability on planet Earth, didn't use it a single time and can't imagine in what situation it would be helpful. It would be better if you could use this simultaneously with other ones, but since you can't, it's just garbage.
2. Blast shot. This one gives you an ability to jump up with your ball 5 times. Pretty helpful in the beginning, better than nothing.
3. Parachute. Allows you to slowly glide on your chute for 10 seconds. You can turn it on and off any amount of times you want while in the air. For it to be used most effectively, I should say:
a. it stops working when you hit any surface (entities like bats don't count), so be careful.
b. use rotation (basically hold LMB either on the left or right side of the ball to move in the direction you want to)
4. Reverse Gravity. The best one in my opinion! Allows you to basically switch the gravity and fly up anytime you want. Not complicated to use, should help you with both getting coins faster and getting to crazy crates on levels!
5 & 6 will likely not be used by you even once so no point in desribing those.
Missable Achievements
Even though you will get most of achievements on your way through, some of them might be tricky enough for you to miss. I will list the 3 of them and let you know which level is the best to get those faster!

1.

Even though a big percentage of players has this one, I personally wasn't able to get it until I specifically was aiming to do so and found a fitting level. You can easily get this one on level 6 of campaign 2:

2.

Can easily be done on level Skill Shot 2: (Challenges)

3.

Can easily be done on level Chip-in 2: (Challenges)

Thanks!
Thanks for reading, and hopefully this was helpful for ya. Good luck in future achievement-hunting!
