Alr so first all you gonna do is go to custom next to leaderborad and exit and u should see a button called custom (finally somebody not blind) next go to load if u want maps like hoi4 but more years and etc or you can just be with the modern world so as for modern u go to the play button and then select the country ima just say russia cuz idk so click on ur country u wanna make it stronk and then press edit on the bottom and then make all if that to max easy peassiesa now as for mods aka u go to custom again and then load u and then a next to the mulitplayer the download logo yes the download logo install a mod or a map ima call it mods bc i want to and then after u downloaded the mods u wanted go back to the menu and then custom again and then load and then mister click on the mod u want to and then loaded up and then same thing homie now bendover ni-
