This guide is a bit misleading as it's implying that the item you find in a level is used on the cat in the same level. This is why so many people are confused.

Small tip: The item found in one certain map might be used to rescue a cat in another map.

First you have to find the items, then simply click on the cat should give the item to him

Thank you for the guide.

A bit of feedback:
- Park has only one photo: the item, not the cat. And the location doesn't seem to be correct. I can't find the catnip.
- "City Center" is called "Downtown" in game
- "Neighbor" is called "Residential" in the game
- Park comes before Residential, so the order of the guide doesn't follow with the game
