This seems to be the mod that increases crashes when reloading a save or instance. Removing it fixed it, but I don't know how this mod affects loading the world and instances. Might also be a mod incompatibility.

在天元山上会各种卡住比如和李四那个大龙还有风什么打完架传送阵无法使用，和衡天打架他要收你冥羽的时候也会卡住。

It * WORKS! YES!

It doesn't just skip, if there is only 1 choice it simply picks it, so it goes by even faster. For the ones that have seen the same dialogues so many times, this is great. (or if u don't care about any story too, I guess :P)
