if the skins were tribes
By obandin2020
disclaimer: pack 1 not included because the skins in pack 1 are not distinct enough, and the tribes that are included would be seperate regular tribes with none of the abilities of the tribes they are currently skins of.

Ragoo: starts with sailing.
Anzala: other tribes will always accept peace treaties from the Anzala.

My point is that the developers have thought long and hard with what they have implemented for civs and not civs, and balancing these sorts of things is extremely difficult, especially when competitive play exists.

Requesting rework of to-li to separate from base game civs. Also requesting ragoo and lirepacci nerf. Iquaruz needs nerf still-> early game flight is OP. Anzala still need nerf (broken peace treaty gives a turn for them to respond before you can attack them, at which time they can just up it again.) Sha-po nerf still needed-> early daggers are too good. Aumux need rework-> perma peace deals are easy, regardless of respect of borders etc. Since their embasssies make tributaries, there is no reason to ally a third most powerful aumux, as you get nothing but they get everything. It's hard enough to build an ally swarm with AI as it is. Trust me; I've tried. (maybe it is because I tend to be the most powerful civ by the time I get to that point, but I will not digress to assumptions).

to-li buff: starts with forestry instead. ragoo buff: starts with sailing and navigation. lirepacci buff: starts with philosophy and construction. iqaruz nerf: riders turn into warriors when attempting to fly. anzala nerf: will only accept peace treaties if you have not attacked them in the last 3 turns. sha-po nerf: now have 0.75x crop spawns. aumux ai rework: tributes can be destroyed by the tribe the city of which it is placed on but this severely worsens their relations with the aumux. ais will not destroy tributes of ais and players they are weaker than and aumux ais will not use tributes on tribes they are weaker than.

Requesting buff on To-Li, Ragoo, Lirepacci; nerf on Iqaruz, Anzala, Sha-po; and AI rework regarding Aumux.

i have 2 other ideas to act as replacements: Aumux: can buy population for 5 stars per population point and when killing an enemy, gains a number of stars equal to the tier of the upgrade needed to unlock the unit + 1 (eg: 1 from warriors, 2 from rafts, 3 from scouts, and 4 from bombers) with 25 stars from super units. To-lï: stances: units can use an action to switch their "stance" which increases a stat of choice by 1 or adds a unit skill of choice accept for navigate, fly, stiff, auto freeze, freeze area, skate, carry, freeze, eat, explode, grow, hide, independent, infiltrate, poison, sneak, splash, or stomp until it is switched.
