Just play the first tutorial to get the following achievements:

To get this achievement fast, just select the easy difficulty before starting a game. Now you will start with 12 penguins. To get the last 3 penguins you can either build a "Newcomer Ramp" or activate breeding (egg-icon in the top left corner of your screen)!

To get this achievement you need to build the "Village Hall". Click on it and request one or more resources. However, first unlock the "Village Hall" in the "Science Hub".

First Year
Complete a year in the penguin kingdom


You can speed up the ingame time by pressing the three arrows next to your calendar at the top of your screen! After one year you get the achievement.

Huddle up!
Make a call for your first huddle-up!


After you completed the year and looked at your year evaluation a "Huddle Up" button will show up. Click it and you will get the achievement after the animation.
