Some of these are actually fairly tight on Infernal BBQ, but you get more hits and more time with each lower difficulty, so while these routes will work for any difficulty it probably isn't really necessary to follow a strict route if you go a lot lower. They're definitely worth doing when you can, since rainbow potions as well as other rewards for each race are quite nice. I wasn't sure if there was some sort of order to these, so just put them in the order that I personally did them. Only the last two really require wall jump, besides that just double jump and air dash should be fine.
