Complete Coins Guide

SPOILER for all chapters and their coins!

For people who need a little help finding the last couple collectibles scattered around the chapters.

These coins not only scratch the itch of all completionists but also allows the player to unlock cosmetics from the "Appearance" tab in the main menu.
Through the vending machine there, you can unlock skins, sticks, trails and extras! (If you get enough you can even customize your skin, stick or trail by putting a UV image in the "custom" folder in steamsaves!)

Chapter 1 | Swamp
  • Behind the waterfall
    Behind the first waterfall is a wall that breaks if touched. Entering the uncovered area, you can find the coin and a sneak peek to the later sections.
  • Short hop
    You can not miss this one.
  • Cavern at the moat
    Gain speed and jump on the walls surrounding the lily pads.
Chapter 2 | Fortress
  • Am I out of bounds??
    You can see this coin taunting you when traversing Fortress normally. Find a narrow space between two walls and wall-jump back and forth until you are on top of the walls.
  • On the pillar
    Although it is possible getting this on when first entering Fortress, I recommend getting to the top first and jumping on the pillar that way.
  • Under the half-pipe
    This coin is hidden under a half-pipe in a secret room accessed through the red gate. Collecting the key located on the viewing deck right above the gate will open it. Using the tactic from the first Fortress coin, get on top of the walls and leap to the viewing deck. You can drain the water by flicking the switch in the throne room.
Chapter 3 | Storm Drain
  • Secret Level
    You can break a section of the right wall in throne room, revealing a secret level. Completing it rewards you with a coin.
  • Behind the sewer gate
    You can either turn right when entering the Sewers or take a big leap to the left a bit later on: It loops around. I suggest you take the route pictured as it is easier in my opinion.
  • Under the pipe ramp
    At the end of the "Baby Path" is a ramp, giving you extra height to make it to the next section. Under this ramp is the coin.
  • Down on the pipe
    If you ever overshot your jump trying to skip the "Baby Path", then you know where this coin is.
Chapter 4 | Yard
  • On the plant to the right
    Right when entering Yard, look right and notice a plant with a coin on top of it.
  • Hole in one!
    Right before the sliding down the giant yellow pipe is a metal grid. One of these holes towards the center reward you with a coin if jumped through. (This one took me some time)
  • Under the playhouse
    Right under the grid from the last coin.
Chapter 5 | Temple
  • Behind the entrance
    Go left, ignoring the giant entrance, and loop around to find this sneaky coin.
  • Crevice to the left
    When in the temple, slide down the steep and land in the crevice to get this coin.
  • Inside of the moving block
    To the other side of the last coin are two moving blocks, the latter one being hollowed out.
Chapter 6 | Internet
  • Behind the Zero-Gravity Block
    This coin is hidden behind the first Zero-Gravity Block you come by.
  • Between the moving disks
    This one is on your path in the section where the disks move up and down.
  • In the tube
    In the transition from chapter 6 to chapter 7, keep an eye out for a coin. The coin should be hugging the side towards the tube entrance.
Chapter 7 | Docks
  • On the Main Project Block
    Just when entering the chapter you can see one big block named "Main Project". Although it is tempting to use the "Side Project" blocks to bounce up, it is more consistent to wall-jump between the block and the wall.
  • Hugging the wall
    Right when you get to the part where to docks touch the castle wall, turn right.
  • Behind the wall-jumps
    At the section where you jump from one wooden wall to another, get enough height to jump towards the far castle wall.
Chapter 8 | Hollow
  • Under the updraft tree
    Sneaky one. This one is hiding right below the first platform where you are climbing the insides of the tree with the updraft.
  • Above the updraft tree
    Look up on the same section. This one is pretty tough to get: Try to maximize the amount of speed and therefore height you can get from the small amount of room you do have.
  • Above the spiral climb
    This coin is right below a lamp in the spiral tree section.
Chapter 9 | Neverland
  • The left of the island
    You may have spotted this one looking out from Docks. Keep to the very left when entering the island of Neverland.
  • In the right eye
    When entering the skull, don't go through the left eye but the right instead. I've had most luck not with speed but with carefully balancing on the nose towards the eye.
  • On the raised platforms
    Right before entering the the tunnel with the jagged spikes, take the alternate path and complete the jumping challenge.
Chapter 10 | Delusion
  • Through the opening
    This on is pretty hard to miss. It's right in the center of the round room.
  • In the trash
    This one is hidden in the green trash container.
  • On the backstage boxes
    Right before entering the narrow hallway towards chapter 11, take a left turn and jump up the boxes.
Chapter 11 | Pit Of Despair
  • On the boxes before the maw
    Before dropping down into the flesh, look left on top the the boxes. I'd recommend using the height of the staircase to your advantage.
  • On the artery
    When entering the giant room with the mass in the center, take a look to the left.
  • In the machine
    This coin in the machine that turns the meat blocks into meat people (???)
Chapter 12 | Acropolis
  • On the bridge
    Get through the bridge normally and turn back, this time going on top of the bridge.
  • Between the buildings
    This coin is facing the back side of the city, accessible from above, ignoring the red arrow and jumping up another level of the cylinder, or from the floor, which I think is easier.
  • In the building
    This one can be accessed by a precise jump through the window just above where the red arrow is pointing or jumping down through the floor after you are already at the top (mind the hole!).

There is one more in storm drain, after you take the first checkpoint its behind that grate
