Lab rat, Fratricide, Partygoer and Heartbreaker, These achievements are tied to the main game and are practically unavoidable if you finish the game properly, There isn't really a lot to say about them since they are braindead easy, If you're actually having trouble with these just look up a walkthrough or something idk.

Also an easy achievement that you usually get by normally playing the game but if you're a weirdo that actually uses the weighted cubes to knock down the turrets then you may not have it, To get it just grab a turret and knock down another turret with it.


Look at the little idiots

Both achievements are related to traveling a certain distance with portals, Long Jump for jumping to a certain direction and Terminal Velocity for falling vertically, To get Long Jump, Find 2 walls that are close together and that you can put portals on, Next put one portal at the top and the other one on the ground in front of it in reverse, Next just jump into the portal on the ground as if you were to gain velocity and wait about a minute, For Terminal Velocity just put 2 portals in front of each other vertically and fall for about 10 minutes, It's that easy.

Transmission Received consists of you finding radios in ALL chambers (including the escapes) and taking them to certain spots in order for their lights to turn green, There should be 26 radios in total (theres 2 in chamber 15 and 3 in chamber 18).

My personal tip is just count how many radios you've deactivated compared to the ones in the video
(also yes you have to do this in a single sitting so no loading or saving :sob:)

Camera Shy consists of you detaching ALL cameras (not counting the ones in black walls, duh), There's not really much to say about it other than there's 33 in total

My tip is again just counting how many cameras you have compared to the video
(And yes you have to do it in a single sitting just like transmission received)

Cupcake, Fruitcake and Vanilla Crazy Cake, These are all related to beating the advanced chambers in the bonus chambers, You have to beat 2, 4 and 6 advanced chambers to get the 3 achievements respectively.

My advice is just beat the game and get a hang of the physics, Most of the advanced chambers are easier than they seem anyways

Basic science, Rocket science and Aperture science, Easily THE HARDEST achievements, To get Basic science you have to beat all of the challenges (Least portals, Steps and time)with at least a bronze medal, To get Rocket science you have to do the same thing but with silver medals, Finally Aperture science requires you to get gold medals in ALL challenges.

My advice, Leave these achievements for last and get the least steps medals for last as well since they are by far the hardest medals to get

If you got all of the achievements, Congratulations, You have like a cool badge next to the game or something idk its really just wasting your time tbh (unless you're a completionist)
