Adding entries (Easy way)
You need to enable this option in the config. It is directly above the blacklist.

Afterwards, you can right-click a debuff you have in-game to add them into the blacklist.
The debuff list (Hard way)
The debuff list shows every single debuff that is currently loaded into the game, including modded debuffs. It shows the debuff's internal names, so some names may not match up with their actual names.

You don't need to use this unless you want to add several debuffs at once or add debuffs that are normally hard or annoying to obtain in-game.

It has its own config page and can be accessed by these two ways shown by the cursor.
Refreshing the list
The debuff list does not update on its own and must be refreshed for any new debuffs from mods to show up on it.
Refresh by pressing "Restore defaults", saving config is optional.
This must be done while playing in a world. Otherwise, the list will be empty!
Transferring debuffs over to blacklist
Click on a box, use your computer's copy shortcut (Ctrl+C for PC, CMD+C for Mac)
Go back to the blacklist and paste it as a new entry (Ctrl+V for PC, CMD+V for Mac)
Save the changes
Accessing the list outside the game
Accessing the .json files directly allows you to copy and paste several debuffs and read names that are too long to read in-game.
It can be accessed in the same location where other mod configs are stored.
You must save the list in-game first before the debuffs show up in the file!
