This is a guide that tells you a very braindead way to complete commander mode that even a newborn baby could do.

Basically just equip yourself and your team with lots of CS, beanbag guns, and pepperball guns, with pepperballs and CS having AOE that can be blocked with gas masks, but can take time to take into effect, meanwhile beanbags are slower and need a direct hit, but can instantly stun a target.

There are many good reasons for using gas, like how it can be used to instantly incapacitate an entire room without effecting you or your team, and also not killing armed suspect gives you more points and is good for overall team morale.

Also, dont forget gas masks, they are very important.

Having a reliable sidearm is also very important since your primary may fail, but only use it wisely as killing a suspect will turn your S rank to an A+ rank.

The traits of your officers matter more than you think, but some are better than others.

Some traits that i like are morale traits like S.B.A.G.S. and moral officer, intimidation traits like intimidator or negotiator, and also having atleast one person with the Paramedic trait is crucial as they can save killed officers (which also negates morale loss).

you can use these traits, or other traits that you like, but one trait that is pretty much useless is the veteran trait (which increases team accuracy), as it doesnt do much if you are doing the full less lethal setup like the guide states.

With your loadout in order, it is now time for the tactical genius who is me to tell you how to win.

Strategy 1:
Be deliberate and careful, always be paying attention and keep your guard to avoid any surprises, always know when and where to throw a smoke, and make plenty use of AI commands to quickly and methodically secure a room.

Strategy 2 (the fun one):
SEE THAT DOOR? JUST KICK ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ IT AND THROW GAS AND SHOOT PEPPERBALLS AND BEAN BAGS AT ANYBODY WHO ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ MOVES. BAD PR? WHAT THE ♥♥♥♥ IS THAT?

Strategy 3 (the secret one!?!??!?):
Just follow This amazing guide by yours truly.

If you suck at the game, or completely disregarded my advice, which led to your team losing morale or getting incapacitated, or if you just want to rank up your team faster, then this tip is for you!

Basically, just doing a mission like "thank you come again" multiple times after you already have completed it will advance stuff like therapy, incap recovery, and perk unlocks, so just grind that if you're lazy, or your team is so ♥♥♥♥♥♥ you only have like 2 member available for duty with no perk unlocks.
